With 32 years’ experience in international business, Dana has been working in and with multinational teams since the beginning of her career. She has lived and worked in the U.S., Western Europe, Southeast Asia and Africa. With a background in Marketing, Finance and Strategic Development consulting, she has been designing and delivering Diversity Training since 2003. Dana is a Master Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation. She employs a wide range of psychometrics, systemic and relationship tools to her coaching engagements to help drive inclusion.
